I honestly believe that amendment 4 is the most important right in the constitution. It stops police from searching houses when ever they feel like it. If we didn’t have this right you could be arrested of anything they find. With this right they need a good reason and a warrant to even step in your house and look at anything. A warrant is a written document saying the police or who ever it is can search your house or your car or something else you own and then what their looking for. The warrant have to be signed be a judge
